DJI Avata short introduction
The Avata is DJI’s second in-house FPV drone. Unlike the DJI FPV, the DJI Avata is much smaller and more compact with a weight of 410g and falls into the category of the so-called CineWhoop drones. This makes it particularly suitable for indoor flights, which is also supported by the standard propeller protection.

The drone has a 1/1.7″ CMOS sensor with an effective 48 megapixels. Photos are thus taken with a resolution of up to 4000×3000 pixels, videos reach a 4K resolution at up to 60 FPS. The internal memory of the DJI Avata comprises 20 GB. The maximum flight time is around 18 minutes, which is a very decent value for a drone in this category, while the maximum flight speed is a whopping 97.2 km/h.
